For KASKO to deliver emails on behalf of your company (for example sending emails using your company domain, such as @kasko.io), you will first need to inform the KASKO team for an initial setup on our Email Delivery Service Provider (we use Mailjet). The setup process requires communication and work on both sides, and our team will guide you through the whole setup process.
Once it is completed, you will receive the API key and the Secret Key from us. With these keys, you can go to Settings → Advanced Settings → Email Accounts and configure this in your insurer account.
Once the Email Provider is configured, you will be able to add your Email Senders. Once added, these email senders will be available for use in your Products.
Name
The name you want to set for this email configuration. This will be the name for you to recognise on the KASKO platform.
Provider
The email sending service provider. At the moment, KASKO only works with Mailjet, hence this is defaulted to Mailjet.
API key
You will be able to get this key from Mailjet once it has been configured on Mailjet.
Secret Key
You will be able to get this key from Mailjet once it has been configured on Mailjet.
