Product - is owned by an insurer and is the sum of all the individual parts that are needed for it to work.
Subproduct - A Subproduct only exists within a Product. It can inherit group(s) of configuration from the Product and other group(s) to be configured independently.
Base Product -
Integration - An Integration is a sales channel that is linked to a specific distributor to sell the Product/ Subproduct(s).
Policy Prefix - Policy Identification Number (assigned when an offer is created) is comprised of Policy Prefix & 8-digit randomly generated letters. Policy Prefix helps you quickly identify the product based on the Policy ID.
Static Documents - standard PDF documents that are exactly the same content for all customers. These documents do not go through a “generate” process, but rather being attached to the emails (or policies) as it is.
Dynamic Documents - dynamically generated documents that include different content for each customer. These documents will go through a “generate” process during which, it will retrieve dynamic data from each case and fill the documents accordingly. As it will go through the “generate” process, it is required to define when the document should be generated.
HTML Template - Is a precoded HTML code, which can build dynamic email or document
Pricing Logic - Pricing Logic is the core of an insurance product. We understand that most companies use Excel to lay out the pricing structure of an insurance product, hence, at KASKO, we developed our pricing engine around Excel.
Pricing Logic File - Is an Excel file, where Pricing Logic can be calculated
Input Fields - Is the section that will collect customer inputs and use these inputs in the premium calculation process. In these columns, you will define quote-relevant inputs and the underwriting rules.
Predefined Fields - These are the fixed fields required for all pricing excel.
Output Fields - In this section, you will list out all the calculated values you want to either show throughout the customer or store in the policy data.
Validation Rules - Apart from the Pricing Excel file, you will also need the Validation Rules for all the quote data of your product. The Validation Rules are written in JSON
Payment Plan - Once the Pricing Logic calculates the premium, the customers will need to go through a payment process to bind the offer into a policy. This is where the Payment Plan kicks in.
Payment Provider - Service provider, which is processing payments from clients for your insurance products.
Payment Method - A method by which clients can pay for your insurance products, for example, CreditCards or Paypal.
Webapp - Is everything your client will see on the screen. You can create WebApp, by building it in out provided WebApp builder.

Pricing Variables - Pricing Variable allows you to set some fixed values for specific quote inputs on the integration level. This means you can have one product performing differently per integration.
